So we got to our hostel called Dee Jai (really nice guesthouse only 90baht and social one! They also have chilling area where they have swimming pool, pool table and treehouse. Love it! ) and we were all worried about what they have stolen from us.. Im glad I didn't lose that much. They stole my lovely pink hammock, some sunscreen and aftersun, make up, watch and a few euros. Some guys lost their credit cards, loads of money and all their t-shirts... That was a good start for our journey in Chiang Mai.
Im glad we met cool people in our guesthouse so the whole robbery thing didn't bother us more than a few hours.
We all rented motorbikes and went to explore the city! We drove up to the mountain where is temple called Doi Suthep. It was cool and had good views over the city.
In the evening we went to night bazaar and we saw cool cabaret show!
Next day we went to see the Mae Sa waterfall which was quite cool. There are levels 1-10, and on level 5 you can swim there!
Me and Adam took a cooking lesson which was only 650 baht so about 15 e.
Cooking lesson was great and because it was still lowseason there were only two people and us so we could really learn something! And the best part was of course eating đ
I had so much fun in Chiang mai and I met so cool people but I still don't understand how come people say that the city is their favourite place in Thailand? They say that it is sooo beautiful but I think it reminds me of Bangkok. It's too big and confusing.
